Well, the first presidential debate is over. We watched it on PBS ’cause I’ve always liked PBS and the arbiter (sp?) was from PBS anyway. Caffeine versus water

I’ve been trying to drink less soda (though I love the taste of Mello Yello so much!) mostly because I have so many problems with heartburn, and caffeine and sugar both contribute to heartburn problems, not to mention all the acids in the soda. The past couple days have been filled with sporadic headaches. Generally I could attribute them to forgetting to eat, not having any caffeine in my system, or the weather fronts moving through.
