Happy Talk Like a Pirate Day! Just some random tidbits about the week or day or whatever. Um, lessee, I made mint iced tea that isn’t totally horrifying (I, as a general rule, abhor iced teas). I’m about done with two pillowcases. I figured out that it takes fifteen minutes to do two rows on the green afghan pictured at the bottom of this post. Uh, my arms broke out in hives again totally at random and with seemingly no cause, as usual (though sometimes the cause it pretty clearly stress, I think). I like to tease Kitty with Herbert. I think I’m gonna go eat some rice now. 🙂 Have a fun day, me hearties!

Have you ever had McDonald's "sweet tea?" It's just like your grandma used to make when I was growing up–true southern style! And peach tea is absolutely wonderful too. I'm not into hot teas but cold ones are great! (Not raspberry though…:P)

I actually have an entire page under my About button devoted to the teas I own (though it needs updated). I just haven't been drinking a lot of them since it's pretty warm out, hence trying the iced tea. I don't know what it is, but I just don't really like iced teas. I can't say I remember Grandma ever making it though. Ian likes iced tea (he grew up with it) though I tend to refer to it as "raisin juice" (Nestea smells like raisins to me) or "nastea," lol.
And as a general rule, I never visit McDonald's. Ninety percent of the stuff there upsets my stomach, so I've simply decided never to go there. My intestines have boycotted them, lol.
