After a week of a lot of Pokémon playing, I finally beat the Elite Four and the Champion (the final bosses of the game) and am now the Pokémon Champion in the Hall of Fame! For the one or two people who’ve played the game and will have any idea what I’m talking about, here’s the team I had when I beat the Elite Four (a couple leveled during the fighting partway through): Roserade (level 54), Spiritomb (level 55), Gyrados (level 57), Azelf (level 55), Staraptor (level 55), and Luxray (level 59). Most of the Pokémon of the Elite Four are mid-50s to low 60s. I had the help of an on-line guide to tell me what types of Pokémon each trainer had, so that was infinitely useful for the fights. It’s pretty cool that I’ve both completed my Pokédex (having seen or caught all the Pokémon in the game) and defeated the Elite Four. Now there’s a lot of post-game content such as unlocked areas and new Pokémon to catch. I is happy. Pokémon Champion Erando!
