It was fairly slow this afternoon at work, so I decided to get ahead with my NaNoWriMo projects for the write-ins we’ll (I’ll) be hosting at the library. I’ve already decided to have a different writing activity each week, and so far, I’ve got three different writing activities that I want to do. I don’t have any particular order to the activities yet, so I’ll have to work on which one to do first later. I want to do “paper telephone” because that game is just plain hilarious. I also want to do the Random Comic Generator that I created for Rook that then became an on-line game that Ian coded. Finally, I wanted to do something with Plot Ninjas because the phrase itself is funny, and I liked the idea of making little paper shuriken to write the plot ideas on for people to use to shake their stories up. I spent a little time on-line this afternoon and found a way to make a paper shuriken, and I made about eight in between checking people out. They’re pretty cute. Once I’ve got a lot made, I’ll take a picture. Right now though, I’m thinking about food and working on the novel. I still have a ways to go on Book Two before it’s done, and I don’t have much time before I start working on Book Four. Later!
