Just a thought before I forget to mention it: I’m really digging Pandora.com. You type in an artist or song and it’ll find other music in the same style and play it on-line streaming. You can even sign up for it and it’ll remember what “stations” you listen to. I’ve got one with music like Johannes Pachabel and the other is more akin to Tchaikovsky. I’ll likely make one with music like Simon and Garfunkel and another for 80s rock, but for now, I’m digging the classical. I do, however, have to remember to turn down the volume on my laptop between watching DVDs and listening to the on-line station. This machine plays DVDs at such a low volume I have to turn the volume all the way up and often forget to drop it back down again when I go back to music, which it plays far too loudly. I think I just woke up the husband with the beginning of a concerto, actually. Luckily, the man is a narcoleptic and was out again before his snornig had chance to pause for long. 🙂 At any rate, for those of you with high-speed, check out pandora.com. Worth it.
