New T-shirt

I made a new T-shirt. I got some of those iron-on thingies and had the husband help me draw the design. It looks different on the shirt because my printer is running out of colored ink so rather than black lines, it&#039s all in shades of blue on a green shirt. One of my students in class today looked at it and said, &#034Why should we bow?&#034 I looked down at the shirt and said, &#034Bu– Because it&#039s the twelve-sided die. It&#039s awesome.&#034 Looking at the blank look on his and the rest of the students&#039 faces, I hastily added, &#034Uh, it&#039s a DnD thing.&#034 At that, they all groaned or laughed or something. I shrugged and said, &#034I wear my geek pride on my sleeve. Or on my front, as the case may be.&#034 Too bad I dropped my nail polish brush on the shirt this moring while I was trying to fix a nail while talking to Heather and getting ready to rush out for class. Now there&#039s a series of blue lines on the lower edge. I&#039ll take some nail polish remover to it tonight. Before I forget, here&#039s the image I used on the T-shirt:

&#034God

In other news, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JESSICA!!! You&#039ll get your birthday present tonight when you and Sarah come over for dinner. After that is George&#039s play and then a few hours staying up to work on my presentation for class tomorrow. Yippee? Oh well, I have to finish my mass e-mail for my Univ 101 students then I have papers to grade and that presentation to work on and technically it&#039s my lunch hour and all I&#039ve had today so far has been chocolate milk and some Life Savers. So I&#039ll catch you later!
