Happy anniversary, Baby Doll!
Today is Ian and my 2-year wedding anniversary. Yay us! We've technically been together far longer than that (7 years or so by my count), but we were officially married as of 2 years ago today. The sad part is that we're not really going to see much of each other today so we won't really be able to celebrate it! See, my schedule's insane, and his schedule just changed, so since our schedules don't mesh up, we won't be able to do anything. I got up around 7 this morning, got dressed, did some homework then drove to campus (I was running late so driving was necessary) for work at the library at 8. Then I went to the tutoring center where I didn't have any students (my student didn't show up) so I did my homework for Thursday's class. Then I ran to the bank, ran to the bookstore, ran to the Campus Cupboard for food, and ran to Macheak's office to get the date of the conference (November 6 at 1:30 in Indianapolis — I have no idea where I was getting Columbus from) before sitting down to eat my chips and drink my soda. Then I was in class until 2 talking about prepositions and the other parts of speech (which, btw, are very hard to classify). Back to work here at the tutoring center where I just got done helping a girl with her English 101 paper. I'm typing this up now and will be checking my e-mail soon, and after I leave here at 5, it's off to class in the College of Education (on the @#$%^&* other side of campus) for my night class from 5:30 to 7:30. Then I go home. I think that Ian will be there, but since he's starting over-nights tonight, I don't think he'll be there for long. <Pout> Well, seeing him at all will be special 'cause he's just so cool. 🙂 I loven him. He's my spiffy man.
Oh well, enough rambling for now. There'll probably be more of it later if I can tear myself away from lesson plans, conference work, homework, and other blah-blah-blah stuff. Laters!
