Thunderstorms rock

I&#039ve got a poem coming up, so I didn&#039t feel the need for a quote. This morning while at the tutoring center, sitting in the computer lab, it was grey. Grey, impending clouds pregnant with rain. Just an itch that if you scratched, it would send torrents of water crashing down into the streets punctuated by lightning and underlined with thunder. It was great. It also got a poem idea stuck in my head that I managed to scratch out today at lunch and then edit two (or five) times after that. I&#039m going to put the latest incarnation up on the Writings page, but I&#039ll be nice and go ahead and give you the link here as well. 🙂

So, here is my latest work in progress: &#034I Want it to Rain.&#034 Any criticism (constructive or otherwise) is welcome &#039cause I really only listen to half of it anyway, hehe. Tell me what you think!

I've got a poem for you.:
Hey remind me on saturday or friday to show you what I've been working on.

    Hehe:
Wow, I read your title and immediately thought it sounded like a pick-up line, lol. So funny. 🙂

And sure, I'll try to remember to remind you to show me something later.

    Aw, I'm sad.:
I've been kinda keeping an eye on the page all day to see if anyone likes my poem, and no one has said anything about it. 🙁 Guess either fewer people come here than I thought, it's too early, or no one likes it. <Pout> Oh well. I'll live!

    Obligatory suck up post.:
It was the most greatest awesomest poem ever…except for all your other most greatest awesomest poems.

Cute, dear. I know you like it 'cause I read it to you last night, but thank you for the obligatory post sucking up anyway. 🙂
