Buster’s monitor crapped out a little while ago, and I’ve been using Brinston (my netbook) almost exclusively. Still, Brin’s not the most powerful little guy, and I still wanted access to Buster. The solution? Ian hooked him up to the 32″ television, and I’m using a wireless trackball and long-corded keyboard to use the computer from the loveseat. Playing WoW on the television is interesting, and editing my books and reading webpages is likewise different. It’s strange not having to look at my lap since I’m not using the laptop as a laptop. A 32″ monitor is pretty sweet, if only I could get the resolution to reflect the size difference. Buster’s treating the TV like his usual 17″ screen, so the icons and stuff are huge. At any rate, I think I’m going to get back to my novels. There’s not much time until NaNoWriMo!
