All the tea in China

So everyone knows I like tea, right? I mean, I know I like tea. I like lots of different types of tea, and I like learning about tea as well. I even have several books on tea. Its history, different types, how to serve it in different ways, and just random odd tea tidbits. I received a lot of tea for Christmas in the Ringwald family draw (thanks, Steve and Sarah!), and with the new teas, I decided it was time to update my tea page on my About page to the left. I removed about ten teas I no longer have (’cause I drank them all and haven’t gotten more of them) and added about uh, twenty to twenty-five. I now have 73 different types of tea. This covers black, green, and white teas as well as red, herbal, and dried fruit infusions. Crazy, huh? I even have a couple blooming teas. Madness.

I think that I’ll bring about a dozen to the library or something and leave a mug there so I have something to drink on my breaks. After all, a quick caffeine pick-me-up is always nice (though I do have quite a number of herbals sans caffeine). Though if it continues to be eighty degrees in there, I don’t know that tea will be the best for me. At any rate, I just thought it’d be interesting to point out that I have so many teas. Is it sad that I’m tempted to hit Adagio to see if there are any interesting new ones? If any of you are interested in checking out their site, go there via the link at the bottom of my page. You can get a free $5 gift certificate. 🙂 Well, time for me to not drink anymore tea tonight if I want to get any sleep. 😉 Later!
