The internet was down all day today up until about an hour ago. Without the web, I couldn’t check my comics or webpage or anyone else’s webpages. I also couldn’t play WoW. Since I felt like playing a game, I installed the Sims again on my machine and started playing. Almost immediately, I wished I had the internet to download a patch that would keep the neighbor’s pets from peeing in my yard. I couldn’t, so I had to deal with angry Sims. I’ve found that the Sims is a great game to play while crocheting because you don’t have to have your hands on the controls much at all. Just a couple clicks every couple minutes, and you just let the character do whatever on his/her own. Needless to say, I finished the pillowcase I started yesterday. I just need to add buttons, which means I need to get some blue thread. Now that the internet’s up though, I’m gonna check my comics. I could use something funny today.
