I really enjoy watching Cthulu meander around his one-gallon tank here at work. He does so many cute things like diving off the air filter, hiding in the plant, and moving pebbles around. Sometimes he comes totally out of his shell (well, as much as a snail can), waving his feelers and tentacles around, rearing up on his foot acting all big and bad like he's some evil monster or Ancient One, then he hides in his plant. 🙂 He's so cute! I like watching him eat too because he wraps his foot around the algae wafer and holds it up to his little mouth. He's adorable! At any rate, I said something about pics of him as well, so here he is in all his gastropoddy glory.

It's ironic that for one who eats algae, his shell is certainly covered in it

Yeah, I've thought that his shell has been a bit slimy lately, but I don't think it's hurting him. I have considered pulling him out and scrubbing his back with a toothbrush though, hehe.
