Late night and a missing husband

I just now got home from Macheak&#039s office (it&#039s a quarter to midnight), and I rushed into the apartment to the sound of Kitty meowing, but didn&#039t see Ian anywhere in sight. So I decided he might be in the tub. Nope, not in the bathroom. No lights were on in the living room or kitchen, and going in those rooms didn&#039t help me find Ian there either. He&#039s not here. It&#039s nearly midnight, and he&#039s gone. Where could he have gone? Did he get hungry and decide to go out to eat? Did he decide to go grocery shopping like we had hoped to do if I got home early? Did he fly off in a jealous rage because I&#039ve been away from home for so long working on this project? Is he lying in a ditch somewhere dying? Kitty&#039s no help unraveling this mystery, and there&#039s no note to help me solve this either. I&#039ll check his page then the answering machine for clues, and then I&#039m going to go back to panicking some more.

    K, he's home now.:
He had gone out looking for me because I was out so late. I guess I got my times mixed up when I told him I'd be out late, telling him my projected time to be home for Tuesday rather than Wednesday. It's all cleared up now. No worries.

    Whew!:
You both need to look into a cheapy cell phone plan. And I'm suprised you haven't taught Kitty French (or English) yet. *winks*
