Saying goodbye a third time?

&#034The family that picks on eath other, sticks to each other.&#034 –Erin Doyle

Yeah, so I&#039ve decided that there&#039s really no point in ever actually saying goodbye to anyone. Here I was all mopey that I wasn&#039t going to see Tom or Nick again, then I saw them both again. So I got mopey again after that &#039cause I figured I wasn&#039t going to see either of them again, but I just found out that when Lushbaugh and I drive to Delaware in July, we&#039ll meet up with Tom, and tomorrow Nick&#039s coming down to the Haute for a while and we&#039re gonna either hang out here at the apt or go to a movie. So screw saying goodbye to these people &#039cause they&#039re just gonna keep turning up like a bad penny. Well, that&#039s not really a good simile for this instance because I really really like both of them and would like to see more of them, but well, I couldn&#039t think of any other metaphor when I typed it so you&#039re all stuck with that image. Blah.

So tomorrow I&#039m not going to post about how I&#039m going to miss Nick all over again. I&#039m just going to start assuming that he&#039ll be back or I&#039ll be up there or we&#039ll meet up somewhere sometime after tomorrow all over again. So confusing! It&#039s so emotional <sniff> and my poor little brain just can&#039t <sniff> handle all this being toyed with <sniff> so Nick should just move back down here where I can pick on him like a good friend. 🙂

Pfft. It&#039s after eleven, and I&#039m tired. As much as I want to stay up playing SWG to see Nick&#039s reaction to the uh…strange additions to my house, I think I might just turn in and leave my character up sampling for resources. So, until next time: same batty time, same batty channel. 🙂

Posted: May 20, 2004 at uh, a quarter after eleven. Did I just spell &#034eleven&#034 right?

  1. Nick

    Yeah, you spelled it right…twice:
The house was…interesting, by the way. Is that chicken leg a food item or is it just a generic item?

    Hmm:
I wrote "eleven" three times though and they all look the same. If I spelled it right only twice… Head…imploding…can't…think…

Hehe. And I think that Ian's chicken leg is just a generic item. I'm sure as hell not going to eat it!

You like the new pic of you on the games page? 🙂
