Happy birthday, Dad!

Before I launch into yet another craft-making session today, I just wanted to wish Dad a happy birthday! I’ve already forgotten how old you are, and I’m too lazy to do the math, so I’m gonna guess 53 and just leave it at that. 🙂 So happy 53rd birthday, and I hope you don’t have to spend too much of it on the road today getting Rook from college!

Week’s end

Well, I don’t work again until Monday. Doesn’t mean that the stress is any less prominent. I have a million and one things to do before next week, and while cleaning is one of them, it’s the last thing I want to have to deal with. Well, it’s official: I am now thirty years old. Unofficially, I’ve just been lazy and telling people I’m thirty already so I’d be the same age as Ian, but now it’s actually true. Crazy. At any rate, longer post about it later . . . maybe. I’ve been hit with some insomnia lately and I may just come home and conk out if I can to try and catch up for the past week of sleeplessness. Third notebook

I just started the third notebook for Book Two about a half an hour ago. Woohoo! This weekend, I ended up writing about seventy pages. Mind you, the pages are about 5″x7″, but still, seventy pages is nothing to sneeze at (unless you have allergies or a cold).
