I don't know what's up with Kitty in the morning when Ian's not around, but goddamn she can get annoying. First off, on the rare day that I have the whole bed to myself and can sleep in forever spread out with all the blankets and pillows at my dispense, she'll wake me up just before dawn, then again at dawn, and again a few more times just for good measure.

I really enjoy watching Cthulu meander around his one-gallon tank here at work. He does so many cute things like diving off the air filter, hiding in the plant, and moving pebbles around.

Cthulu is now officially a member of my office. The husband and I brought him in yesterday afternoon, and he's happily residing in the one-gallon tank in between my expensive monitor and my expensive textbooks.

When I change into my pjs, I generally toss my jeans or khakis onto the corner of the bed. The first time I did it, I was just dropping them where I stood, but now I do it because Kitty seems to have developed a bizarre love for sitting on them.
