Behold the power of the over-imaginative when it comes to stacking sandwich parts (with clearly under-imaginative taste buds):
Peanut butter, American cheese, cotto salami, granny smith apple… Yum!
Addendum: I am now calling this my Power Sandwich. No real reason beyond it sounding awesome. Now I’m gonna go back to looking up dislocated shoulders and how to treat them.
Dislocated shoulders:
There's not much you can do once it's popped back into place (I'm assuming it's back in place because otherwise you'd be in a lot of pain at the moment). There are some stretches to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder to keep it from dislocating again but that's about it.
(The dog and one of the kids have each dislocated my right shoulder, ow…)
Whoops, lol:
I didn't mean I have a dislocated shoulder–my main character does. She was practicing judo with a man twice her size when it started raining and the ground got slippery. He was beginning a throw maneuver and slipped, yanking on her arm hard which she then fell on, dislocating it. I was looking them up to see the types of pain involved, what they look like and how to reduce them so as to be accurate. I'm obsessed with accuracy. 🙂 I spent almost an hour and a half looking this up for a scene that's not even half a chapter long!
Occupational hazards:
Mom never dislocated her shoulder at work but you might watch out for strained backs. (Could happen with judo also). (noted that you have an unbalanced paren in your post.)
Love, Dad

What is cotto salami?
That's a smiley face! 🙂 Lol:
I nearly broke my left pinky toe in judo class. That was an experience, let me tell you. It still twinges sometimes when I move it in certain directions.
And cotto salami is the lunchmeat type that's sort of like a really coarse, very spicy balogna, often with whole peppercorns inside. There are lots of types of salami, and that's the one written on the package, so I thought I'd specify just in case anyone wanted to try and make the same sandwich. 😉 <- (winking face, not an unclosed parenthesis, hehe) I think the next time I'll make it, I'll add more granny smith apple slices. I like the sweet/tart crunch in contrast with the salty peanut butter and salami. I'm thinking a nice pungent colby would be better than the American cheese too.
The devil in you…:
