Well, I still haven’t gotten any pictures uploaded to my machine let alone edited and put on the webpage. Suffice it to say that I’ve been crocheting a lot and therefore haven’t been on my computer much. About half of my day is spent outside with the cat and a ball of yarn–for me, not her. I finished the blanket for Tommy and we chatted on the porch for a few hours yesterday when he came to pick it up. I’m almost finished with Rook’s skull pillow (though in hindsight, it’d’ve been easier to have made him a rook pillow–d’oh!) and am a little further on the parents’ granny square afghan. I’ve gotten about six or seven more rows done on Katie’s, and now I have the yarn for the blanket I’m going to make for Ian’s parents’ living room. I’ve pretty much just got yarn on the brain and not much else. I actually think I might look into creating my own Etsy store like Katie has and consider making things like pillow cases, throws, hats, or what-have-you for sale. Of course, that also means learning to ship things and having to check my e-mail more than once every couple weeks. Neh, we’ll see. It’s just a thought for right now. At the moment, I need to find the anti-itch stuff for mosquito bites because all the time I’m spending outside is bringing bug doom upon me. I itch. A lot. So maybe I’ll get photos up, maybe not. The yarn is calling (and so are my mosquito bites).
Addendum: I wonder if I could crochet a brain. Think there’s a pattern out there for that?
