Almost there. I’ve still got some new content to add (mostly the conclusion and some minor suffixes), but right now I’m going through and working on getting things cleaned up so that when I send it to the committee, they’ll have less work to do. It’s the least I can do since I’m being so slow and taking so long in getting this to them. I think that I’ll have IKON print the latest chapters out because I don’t want to put that strain on Hippie (our HP printer here at home), and besides, Buster’s acting up when it comes to connecting wirelessly to Hippie anyway. I guess he’s got a bit of Cartman in him–hates hippies. Wait, Buster is a hippie! Hahahahahahaha, ah, my brain’s breaking. Go figure.
This is going to be a busy week. I’m hating it already and it’s only Sunday; the week hasn’t even really started. I teach, I have work, there’s an awards ceremony I have to go to Thursday, there’s a meeting Monday which I may or may not get to attend depending on the thesis progress, and the Murder Mystery’s Friday. Add some exhaustion, depression, despondency, puniness, and frustration, and this week’s going to be a scream. I might have to add more caffeine in there somewhere to pick up where the other parts of my life are leaving off.
Oh well, back to checking and double-checking my chapters against my appendices and endnotes. After I get chapters four and five done, I have to work up some sort of crappy conclusion and then completely overhaul the first three chapters. Dippy. Well, less sleep for me, I guess. You’ll be able to find me next week curled up in a ball under the blankets shutting the world out for a while.
At least this week’s guest art week. The comics that everyone has made make me smile and that’s one of the biggest reasons why I asked you all to contribute. Thanks again, you’re all really cool in my books.
