There’s still time to get art and comics to me for next week’s Guest Art week! Grab a pen or pencil or brush or mouse or scrapbooking paper or stencils or whatever and get cracking! Don’t you want to see yourselves forever deified in electrons on Writing in Green? 😉

I’m at work. The thunderstorms of the morning have ripped through the area leaving it fragrant and a tad muggy. We have our windows open here in the office and are being seranaded by horny birds. I’ve got King Kong up on Buster and will break out the notebooks and books and articles once more for the thesis toil. I packed my lunch according to eDiets and it’s a pretty good one. Where it said “2 cups salad” I brought a head of lettuce. It’s my comfort food. Of course, I’m really the only person I know who considers a head of lettuce a comfort food, but fuck if I care. What I need now is a little happiness. Lettuce it is then.

Mmmm, lettuce. Now that this has distracted me from whatever it was that I was typing, I think I’ll go back to Buster and the Thesis. It’s getting to where everytime I mention it, I want to personify it and draw little flames around it. Hmm, flames. I want to set something on fire now. Oh well. Thesis.
