Ooh exciting!

I recently joined the TeaChef part of Adagio’s site, and last month’s tea to use in cooking was spearmint. Because of the holidays, I really didn’t have a lot of time to think about recipes or cooking or anything like that, but I finally came up with a fairly simple idea: spearmint hot chocolate.
