We all know I’m addicted to tea, and we all know I’m likewise addicted to Adagio because they are my dealers. I was playing around on their site and decided to click some of their other links and came across an entire page devoted to cooking with tea! What an interesting idea! I’m going to spend some time looking through recipes to get an idea for how to use tea while cooking, but I’m rather excited by this. In addition to having recipes for given types of tea, they also have a contest every month for the best recipe. Sounds neat! I might have to try this. I think they’re doing peppermint tea this month (go figure), so I might have to play around in the kitchen to see what I can whip up. I feel the most sorry for Ian, however, because he may be subjected to whatever monstrosity I create. I’m thinking maybe cookies, or cake, or like a marinade or something. This’ll be fun!
