Just one more day of repetitively helping students make their schedules and then it’s finally the weekend! Huzzah! The scheduling system is going to be down after today until next Thursday for routine maintenance. Students will still come in for scheduling help Monday through Wednesday, but it should be less insane. No lines of students backing up, no piles of folders to have to update, no leaving work really late because of advising, no phone ringing off the hook. I’m looking forward to a break. I’m bringing Buster in so I can do something other than work, though I doubt I get the chance. Today’s going to be insane, no doubt about it. It’s too bad that I’ll probably end up leaving late tonight too, but since tomorrow’s Saturday, that makes it a little better. At any rate, time to finish getting my stuff together to drag to work. I wonder if my van will be covered in snow again this morning. We’ll see. Later!
