And the IT dudes said they couldn't trace it but that they'd put a hold on the record that did it to keep it from happening from that account again.

Except I've never had a student with the last name Burns, and the only J. Burns we have in our files is doing well as far as I can remember. Probably just some punk who has learned a little bit about computers goofing off.
