Yup, the big sis is now a whopping 28. If she didn’t live all the way on the edge of the country, I’d probably have tried to come up with a way to go say hey, but as it is, I’ll probably end up calling her once my brain effin’ wakes up. As it is, I’m on the husband’s machine which is beginning to piss of my groggy brain because of his dying ergo keyboard. I need to put my computer desk back together soon. In other news, I have officially brought my DnD campaign to a standstill for an uncertain amount of time until I get my thesis written. The husband will be picking up with his in the meantime so that I can spend my Saturdays working on my thesis like Tony suggested. I really do feel bad that I don’t have more already written, but as I always say, “Shit happens,” and being full of shit, it seems to happen to me far more frequently than in-.

I’m debating about what to do today then. I told someone that I’d go to the LLL picnic (though it is raining at the moment); however, I could just as easily set up my laptop and notes and spend the entire day writing and watching the Frog Prince. I dunno. At some point today, the husband and I need to go grocery shopping, but that could conceivably wait until tonight if I don’t go to the picnic. If I go to the picnic, I’m supposed to bring a dish which means more time spent preparing it whatever it may be. Even something as basic as a quiche takes time to make. So I don’t know. I think that I’ll work on this more as my brain wakes up and I get some good ol’ caffeine in my system. I’ll go make that now.
