Tony insist that I take one of his binders last week when we met so that I could start putting articles in it for my thesis. It's his way of forcing me to organize all this because he knows it will take me forever to do it on my own. I took his binder, put an article in it then e-mailed him about it which he found amusing. Of course, the thing is that the binder was a bit old, an O-ring, and red. So when the husband and I went shopping today, we grabbed a new, sleek, D-ring binder so I could redo everything tonight. I spent…oh, I'm gonna say three or four hours just playing around with it, putting dividers in, replacing all my articles and notes, putting articles I couldn't hole-punch into plastic sleeves, etc. What I spent the most time working on after getting the dividers in was the cover. Ian had suggested that I cover it with the curse words which I was studying, and I thought that would be brilliant. I already had a lot of alphabet stickers, scrapbooking paper, markers, and stamp ink, but I went ahead and got some more stamps and stickers for this anyway. It's an odd composition of scrapbooking paper, stickers, Sharpee writing, stamps, and Contact paper (the marbled-looking stuff), and Ian says it looks pretty good. Tony is going to flip when he hears that I spent four hours making the cover and spine and just filling it with stuff rather than actually reading the articles and typing up my proposal. I read three articles this morning while Ian was sleeping, so he can't complain that much. Still, I'm looking forward to our meeting Wednesday. I wonder if he'll notice that I put the word "connasse" (cunt) right over my name in the lower righthand corner. It's going to be an amusing meeting.

My dear…:
You are officially weird. 😉

I think she's calling the reader a sausage. I would have done the same thing with Latin btw
Good luck!:

Fun:
I see that you've finally resorted to isolating yourself from anything fun so you can get your thesis done. Take a vacation when you finish it!
